I know, I know, you barely have time to work on photo album pages from a few years ago, let alone get ahead on your scrapbooking or digital scrapbooking… Confession: I’m not ALL the way caught up either. Working on this blog has caused me to develop habits that my normally “Organized” self would not have found acceptable…but I’m learning to let go.
There may be reasons why you want to scrapbook out of order. For me, it is often related to my business. I need to demonstrate a technique, so I figure why not actually get some of my family album pages done at the same time. For non-Consultants, you might find that you are motivated to work on something right here, right now because it is fun or you are inspired.
So, on that note…a couple weeks ago I shared the Halloween page template I made on my facebook page about a week BEFORE Halloween. I was inspired because the digital freebies were cute and I wanted to make sure I didn’t forget to use them. Here is a video on how I created it:
Here is a second video of how I tweaked the template to work with my photos.
Are you better at doing things in order, or does it suit you better to go with what inspires you?
