It’s OK to Have Naked Scrapbook Pages

I didn’t coin the phrase “naked pages,” and don’t remember who I heard it from, but the concept is one I’ve long encouraged. Once upon a time ago before scrapbooking became the industry it is today, scrapbooks had pictures, scraps of paper, mementos, some writing, and some people thought to decorate the pages beyond the content.  I’m talking about pages without the decoration, you might also refer to these as “plain pages”. Take a look as I share naked & nearly naked pages in my scrapbook albums:

(You can catch more of my videos on traditional and digital scrapbooking on my YouTube Channel.)  If you’d like to take a closer look at my album pages, I have some snapshots below:

If you need help getting your pictures on the page, I offer traditional paper scrapbook & digital scrapbook workshops (time/space to get it done), and hourly rates to do it for you.

Great presentation Pat! I am thinking that this would be a GREAT little demo for CH. I think the ladies would love it. Let’s talk about it and how we can incorporate it.
